Our mission is to empower people (EP) to stop domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault through education, awareness, and providing a safe space for expression. We look at the holistic principles of self-defense constantly researching, updating, evaluating, implementing, and readjusting, to provide the most comprehensive self-defense classes.

We pursue the following principles:

Empowerment: We believe every individual is a strong and important member of the community that deserves dignity, respect, and safety.

Education: We believe that people need to become educated on how to stop abuse and assault.

Awareness: We believe that awareness is the first step in ending and preventing attacks and assault.

Responsibility: We believe that it is our own duty to be knowledgeable on behaviors that potential attackers display, de-escalate harmful situations, defend ourselves if necessary, promote safety among our community and to seek safety in harmful situations.
